Halliburton FlexRite multilateral completion systems maximize reservoir contact by creating an unlimited number of laterals with TAML Level 5 pressure sealed junctions. Applicable in new or re-entry wells with a variety of completion options, these stackable junctions feature a large ID to allow for single-trip deployment of multizone SmartWell® monitoring and control systems. Variations include long lateral liner deployments and existing well re-entry applications.
With our FlexRite systems, you can reduce CAPEX by enabling more wells per surface location, greatly improving field economics and minimizing environmental impact.
The current systems have overall reliabilities ranging from 95.7% to 99.6%, with a trend toward 100%. This increase was achieved as installation efficiencies and well complexity increased.

Our unlimited stackable system allows for a multilateral well to be completed with a multitude of completion and control options — sand screens, swellable packers, Inflow Control Devices (ICDs) and Interval Control Valves (ICVs) — while providing pressure integrity at the junction. The award-winning ReFlexRite system is a re-entry multilateral solution that enables new lateral branches to be added to existing wells where no preparations were originally made to accommodate a multilateral junction. This enables access to unproduced reservoir sections on existing platforms without performing slot recovery operations or sacrificing production of existing wellbores. A ReFlexRite multilateral well is completed with the FlexRite multilateral completion system, providing a TAML 5, hydraulically isolated junction. The system comes with SmartWell® completion options, enabling independent control and monitoring of both the existing main bore and the new laterals.
