Tuned® Spacer III Cement Spacer

Tuned® Spacer III cement spacer is a water-based spacer that is not limited to drilling fluid type. This spacer’s rheological properties can be designed for each specific application. By optimizing the rheological properties of Tuned Spacer III spacer fluid, the leading drilling fluid can be displaced fully while eroding the filter cake from the formation and thus preparing the wellbore to receive cement to promote complete cement coverage and proper zonal isolation. Tuned Spacer III spacer fluid is also not limited to a particular water source. This spacer system can be used at temperatures up to 350°F (177°C), and is designed to provide reproducible results from 10 to 18 ppg.
