Electrical Submersible Pumps

Increase run life and maximize production with Summit ESP® electric submersible pumps

Our ESP systems are deployed in some of the most extreme downhole environments. High temperature, immense pressure, fluid-borne abrasives, excessive gas, scale, and flow rate variability are commonplace in these environments. Each of these threats are directly addressed by innovative technologies throughout each of our ESP systems.

Continuous operation relies on system strength, flexibility and durability. Summit ESP systems deliver:

  • Abrasion resistance through heavy duty materials and coatings for bearings, bushings and other components subjected to sand
  • Temperature resistance through specialty materials for bearings, bushings, insulation and high temperature secondary locking
  • Gas separation through active vortex separators that agitate and break up gas slugs and free gas that interferes with operations
  • Proper seating in severe dogleg wells through specialty flanges
  • Sand management within the pump using wide-vane technology and the patented Erosion Buster® design
  • Flow management through extended range pumps that can handle as little volume as 25 BPD and as much as 64,000 BPD

Summit ESP systems actively protect against extreme downhole conditions, enabling long run life, improving drawdown, reducing nonproductive time, and increasing production.

Well Surveillance and Monitoring Service

360° view of operations for every well in real-time increases the return on investment of an electric submersible pump (ESP) system and the multimillion-dollar investment in the well’s production potential.
