Achieving optimal drilling performance requires efficient conversion of mechanical energy into rock cutting and evacuation. The new Cerebro Force™ in-bit sensing technology provides direct, in-bit measurements of weight, torque, bending, vibration, and rotational speed. Built on the proven Cerebro® in-bit vibration sensing platform, this new solution adds strain and pressure sensing to provide more accurate downhole measurements. Utilizing these measurements, along with the Design at the Customer Interface (DatCISM) process, helps reduce or eliminate inefficiencies due to bit design, bottomhole assembly (BHA), and parameter selection.

With direct in-bit measurements, you have a better understanding of downhole environments to reduce uncertainty and improve drilling efficiency. Compatible with all bit cutting structures and BHA equipment you have the choice of any motor, rotary steerable system or measurement/logging-while-drilling system to run.
