The pre-stack data contains a lot of information about fluid types and rock properties. Analysis of unstacked gathers in a DSG environment will provide a wealth of information about fluids, anisotropy, and data quality. The review presents a set of traditional and innovative methods and tools for analyzing pre-stack data, including AVO/AVA (amplitude versus offset/amplitude versus angle), anisotropy/fracture, inversions, and others.
