Data and expertise to determine risk and improve performance 

Halliburton utilizes total risk analysis and hazard identification techniques to evaluate offset well performance. We can quantify drilling factors and develop a basis of design to reduce risk as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP). Using real-time rig activity monitoring, we measure performance to achieve key performance indicator (KPI) benchmarks. At the conclusion of the well, we update the risk and hazard analysis, calculate the effectiveness of the design and operating practices, and continue to improve the service design to further enhance performance.
