Revolutionizing deepwater completions for maximum efficiency

The ESTMZ™ enhanced single-trip multizone system is designed for deepwater and ultra-deepwater completions. It enables isolation, fracture stimulation, and treatment of multiple production zones,—all in a single trip. By doing so, it significantly reduces rig time and delivers substantial cost savings compared to traditional stack-pack completions.

Building upon the success of the STMZ™ single-trip multizone system, the ESTMZ system offers additional features for today’s demanding deepwater environments. These enhancements not only minimize overall completion costs but also maximize well productivity by significantly reducing the number of rig days required for frac-pack multizone completions.

  • Available in 9 5/8 and 7-in. cased-hole and 8 1/2-in. open-hole system sizes
  • Single workstring trip to deploy
  • Full 10,000-psi differential pressure rating with barrel slip packers
  • Up to 45 bbl/min stimulation rate with a cumulative 3,750,000 pounds of proppant
