N-FLOW Filter Cake Breaker System Optimize productivity with clean, consistent results
Baroid’s N-FLOW™ system provides optimal filter cake and formation damage removal. The N-FLOW system is a soluble filter cake clean up system that offers slow release of organic acids leading to enhanced production and decreased HSE risk. The ability of the N-FLOW system to remain neutral when introduced to the formation enables the fluid to be placed across the entire interval of interest providing for more effective treatment than hydrochloric acid.

Achieve high performance in a variety of applications
N-FLOW breaker systems can be used to enhance production in a variety of applications such as deepwater and mature land assets. N-FLOW breakers also work to dissolve filter cake from water-based or oil-based reservoir drilling fluid; in horizontal or vertical wells; and in formations that may destabilize on contact with strong mineral acid.

Minimize health, safety, and environmental risks
Compared to competitive breaker systems involving live acids, the N-FLOW system carries much less HSE risk. This system does not require special acid resistant tanks, pumps, and other equipment, and can be safer for rig personnel than conventional mineral acid breakers.

Based on the Baroid global database, this would be the largest N-FLOW application performed to date. The calculated required volume was 159 m3 (1,000 bbl), including 10% excess, to stimulate 3,741 m of hole.
