Efficient wellbore cleanout

ClearBail™ wireline bailer service is a dual-function electromechanical solution designed to restore access to blockages in downhole completion hardware. It supports well intervention, plug and abandonment, and rigless operations by removing sand, scale, metallic swarf, elastomer fragments, and viscous slurries.

Real-time diagnostics for confident intervention decisions

A 3D surface readout display and sensor sub provide real-time downhole diagnostics. Engineers receive data on pressure, temperature, tension, inclination, and vibration, enabling informed decisions during intervention operations.

Compact, safe, and tractor-compatible design

The tool is compatible with hepta, mono, and coated-mono cable deployments, as well as tractor systems like ClearTrac tractor service. Its compact 2.25-in. outer diameter allows it to pass through tight restrictions, including FS2 barrier isolation valves. Because it is non-explosive, ClearBail wireline bailer service is a safe and compliant option for sensitive operations.

Integrated with Halliburton’s Clear electromechanical portfolio

This service integrates with Halliburton’s Clear electromechanical suite, including ClearCut cutting solutions, ClearMill millers, and ClearShift high-expansion shifters. Together, these tools support comprehensive well intervention strategies.

Versatile cleanout with suction and jetting modes

The tool operates in suction and jetting modes, adapting to various debris types and well conditions. Its progressing cavity pump delivers up to 325 psi suction and 15 gpm jetting flow. On-command mode switching enhances control and helps prevent sticking, making cleanup operations more efficient and responsive to downhole challenges.

Scalable debris collection for diverse wellbore environments

ClearBail wireline bailer service features three modular debris chambers—fine, medium, and large—capturing particles from 0.03 to 0.75 in. Each 5-ft chamber offers scalable capacity, with up to seven deployed in one run for 35 ft total. This modular design enables efficient cleanup across diverse wellbore environments.

Supporting engineers across the well lifecycle

ClearBail wireline bailer service is used across the well lifecycle. Well intervention engineers deploy it for cutting, milling, and shifting operations. Completions and production engineers use it to clear tubing and casing obstructions. Plug-and-abandonment engineers rely on it as a safe alternative to explosive bailers. Field and operations engineers benefit from its compatibility with rigless and tractor-deployed jobs.

ClearBail wireline bailer service offers a reliable, scalable, and safe solution for downhole debris removal. It combines performance, adaptability, and integration to support efficient wellbore cleanout.
