Halliburton Employees, Technologies Receive Prestigious Awards

Several Halliburton employees and the technologies Halliburton has developed were recently honored with prominent industry awards.

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Lawrence Pope said, “Our employees are our greatest asset. We are thrilled to see our employees recognized for their commitment to their profession and community. The technology awards we win are a tribute to the people at Halliburton who work tirelessly to innovate and push our industry to new heights. We celebrate these successes and acknowledge the many employees who made these recognitions possible.”

Scott Gale, executive director of External Engagement for Halliburton Labs

Scott’s efforts have helped Halliburton Labs quickly establish itself as a difference maker in new and emerging ideas for the future of energy. Before Scott worked with Halliburton Labs, he managed multiple strategic efforts and supported new technology development from ideation to commercial success. Scott was instrumental in the development of the Company’s SmartFleetTM portfolio – the first intelligent automated fracturing system. No matter what role Scott is in, his mentality is always the same: learn by doing, and don’t be afraid to do something that’s never been done before.

Outstanding Business Leaders in Energy - Neila Kadri, strategic business manager for Sperry Drilling Services

Neila has worked at Halliburton for more than 15 years and is responsible for driving strategic business planning for global drilling services. She is a proven leader with experience in multiple geographic areas and across various businesses. Neila attributes her ability to adapt and deliver to her experience working in the desert, the jungle, and offshore in five different countries. She said her biggest takeaways are to believe in yourself, focus on your strengths, and enjoy the journey.
