Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Halliburton
Mr. Slocum joined Halliburton in 2005 and has served in leadership roles of increasing responsibility across global operations, technology, and business development. Beginning in 2026, he serves as executive vice president and chief operating officer and joined the Board of Directors. From 2023-2025, he served as president, Eastern Hemisphere and held senior leadership positions including senior vice president, Global Business Development and Marketing; senior vice president for the Eurasia, Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa region; and vice president of Cementing.
Mr. Slocum holds a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial technology from Lamar University.

Health, Safety & Environment and Sustainability: Mr. Slocum oversees HSE programs and ensures operational integrity across diverse environments. His leadership reinforces Halliburton’s focus on safe and sustainable energy operations.
Technology and Innovation: Mr. Slocum advances Halliburton’s technology portfolio with solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and performance in challenging drilling environments.
International Experience: Mr. Slocum held assignments in multiple regions and gained deep insight into global energy markets and operational requirements.
