Halliburton delivers end-to-end digital execution at 2026 Technology Showcase

Nearly 400 industry professionals from around the world attended the Halliburton 2026 Technology Showcase from May 4-7 in Houston. The event brought industry and technical leaders together and showed how digital capabilities translate into real-time execution at the wellsite to improve asset performance for our customers. Halliburton showcased measurable value from the integration of software, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation into real-time operations.

Halliburton's unique integration of AI automation and execution significantly improves operational performance. This showcase demonstrates how Halliburton's technology both reduces operational cost and increases recovery for our customers.

Digital foundation

Differentiating in oilfield services today requires the ability to integrate real-time data to inform optimized decisions executed at the wellsite. This year, the event focused on wellsite digital execution and showed how automation throughout the asset life cycle maximizes asset value for our customers.

Halliburton presented technologies that span the full well lifecycle. The company connects real-time data, AI, automation, and enterprise software to execution at the wellsite to show how integrated digital workflows reduce risk, improve consistency, and maximize recovery.

“Seeing Halliburton’s digital and automation tools come together through real stories made the Technology Showcase a powerful forum for collaboration. The immersive ZEUS IQintelligent fracturing platform experience helped connect technology, execution, and people in a meaningful way,” said John Nabors, executive vice president of operations, Spur Energy Partners.

Execution in action

The showcase featured a live frac site powered by the ZEUS IQ intelligent fracturing platform. The demonstration included the ZEUS® electric fracturing pumping unit integrated with VoltaGrid turnkey power solutions to support automated execution.

Featured technologies included OCTIV® Auto Frac service, ExpressAccess continuous pumping service, and a digitally integrated solution that supports multiple wells simultaneously, with each wellbore operating under an independent design and using a single blender. This configuration reduces surface equipment, works with all our existing equipment, and allows more precise, well‑specific optimization in real time.

The immersive experience provided a unique subsurface perspective and illustrated how real-time diagnostics support dynamic frac design adjustments with autonomous execution.

Halliburton also demonstrated automation capabilities for multiple well construction applications. The LOGIX automation and remote operations platform showcased closed-loop rig control for drilling and geosteering, while automated cementing technology delivered real-time visualization and barrier validation.

Execution that delivers

The event allowed open technical dialogue to discuss asset optimization strategies and exchange practical ideas to address current operational challenges.

The 2026 Technology Showcase demonstrated that digital execution at Halliburton is not experimental; it is operational and scalable. As operators prioritize efficiency, consistency, and asset performance, Halliburton advances closed-loop automation within well construction and completion workflows and strengthens the integration of subsurface intelligence with surface execution to support more connected, data-powered operations throughout the well lifecycle.

Digital is not new to oil and gas, but the ability to translate intelligence into immediate wellsite action sets a new standard for performance and distinguishes Halliburton in the market.
