Optimize well placement and maximize production

Deep azimuthal resistivity measurements give early warning when approaching bed boundaries before they are intersected. The ability to detect resistivity contrasts over formation boundaries provides the confidence necessary to drill faster while placing the well in the most productive part of the reservoir.

The ADR service combines a deep-reading geosteering sensor with a traditional multifrequency compensated resistivity sensor, delivering over 2,000 unique measurements for accurate petrophysical analysis and wellbore placement.

The ADR azimuthal deep resistivity service provides additional benefits when run in combination with the RoxC® geosteering software, allowing geosteering engineers to leverage their domain specialty of sensor physics, geology, and directional drilling to reduce well time and maximize asset value.

Maintain desired distance from bed boundaries, detect water zones, and avoid contact.

Navigate reservoirs with dip angle and lateral thickness variations.

Obtain accurate formation resistivity for improved reservoir characterization.

Obtain deep readings to improve reaction time, allowing for increased drilling speed with less risk of drillout.
