The team turned up the volume in 2025. We delivered bold innovations and global collaboration that maximized asset value for our customers. From groundbreaking launches to subsea milestones and digital solutions, this year brought smarter, more efficient performance across the reservoir lifecycle.

We tallied the highlights so that you can relive the best moments. Here is 2025, wrapped.

#DigitalSolutions

Artificial intelligence (AI) was not just a trend in 2025. It transformed how we worked with customers to solve complex challenges. With smarter drilling solutions and predictive analytics, we streamlined operations and optimized workflows in real time:

  1. Rami Yassine, president of Eastern Hemisphere, shared how AI in drilling operations turns raw data into actionable intelligence to help our customers make faster and more confident decisions.

  2. To help reduce risk and improve consistency, Halliburton and Nabors Industries executed the first fully automated surface and subsurface operation of rotary and slide drilling operations in Oman.

  3. Together with Chevron, we integrated insights, automation, and intelligence through the industry’s first intelligent fracturing platform to deliver measurable improvements.

#Innovation

Operational gains, subsurface understanding, and performance remain top priorities. These highlights show how joint efforts accelerates new solutions and improved asset performance:

  1. Customers gained new ways to optimize drilling and completions through seven breakthrough solutions that include automated geosteering and advanced reservoir flow control for improved performance.

  2. Umbilical-less solutions advanced efficiency in subsea completion and intervention in the Gulf of America, West Africa, and the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

  3. We explored three ways digital technology outperforms traditional methods in subsurface characterization to help meet production targets and improve recovery.

#Execution

With expertise and execution combined, we delivered on complex projects that unlocked new opportunities and advanced energy goals. These are the collaborations on repeat:

  1. Namibia strengthened its position as a future energy hub through in-country infrastructure. Rhino Resources expects to unlock significant offshore potential.

  2. Did you hear about the largest fracturing job in Australia? In a joint effort with Beetaloo Energy Australia, we helped set a new benchmark for stimulation performance on the Carpentaria-5H well.

  3. In one of the world’s largest shale frontiers, proven integrated intelligence applies smarter methods to power the Vaca Muerta.

#RecognizedInRed

Behind every success are the people who make it happen. Recognized in Red celebrates the voices and stories that turned plans into progress and numbers into results. From global teams to local champions, these efforts reflect how people power innovation and strengthen communities.

  1. The Halliburton Charity Golf Tournament raised more than $3.8 million to support 100 nonprofit organizations focused on education, workforce development, health and safety, and social services.

  2. A secure energy future depends on the people who make technology work. Halliburton employees like Rebecca, Juan, Ahmed, Duan, and Melissa collaborated with customers to improve reliability, safety, and performance across the energy value chain.

From innovation that expanded possibilities to collaborations that delivered results worldwide, 2025 was a year of progress we achieved together.
