Its hydraulic-free design simplifies installation and logistics, helping operators reduce both well OPEX and CAPEX. It provides real-time reservoir optimization through bidirectional flow control, which helps keep production uninterrupted. Advanced condition monitoring improves well integrity by detecting early-stage scale build-up and addressing flow assurance issues before they become critical.

Electrification also reduces CO₂ emissions, supporting a more sustainable approach to operations. It features the field-proven HS-ICV valve, which has more than 2,000 deployments worldwide, giving operators confidence and reliability in every project.

Inside the system: TEC architecture and real-time monitoring for optimized performance in complex reservoir scenarios

At the core of the system is a single tubing-encapsulated conductor (TEC) line paired with a smart downhole network. This integrated design monitors, controls, and actuates the entire completion, delivering precise, real-time performance management across every stage.

Electromechanical actuation uses position sensors to deliver near-instant choke adjustments for accurate flow control. Bidirectional capability allows dynamic management of production and injection rates without shutting in the valve. Integrated pressure and temperature gauges provide real-time digital surveillance, helping operators manage water and gas breakthrough at the zonal level.
