With twin HT-400™ pumps generating a combined 1,025 trailer horsepower, and the industry’s only automatic density-controlled mixing system, Halliburton's Elite™ cementing unit delivers unmatched performance and dependability.

The unit includes dual deck areas: one for customers to witness operations outside the mixing zone and a second area to give the operator ample room to work. Improved dual stairways provide safe and easy access to both deck areas.

Environment-friendly features includes quieter engines for operation in noise-sensitive areas; covered mixing tubs that reduce dust on location; zero-discharge manifold and displacement tanks; and EPA Tier II emission certification.

Elite Cementing Unit

Halliburton’s Elite cementing unit includes the industry's only automatic density-controlled mixing system with twin HT-400 pumps for a combined 1,025 trailer horsepower. The Elite Automatic Density Control (ADC®) system is the only cement mixing system that controls both mix water and bulk cement rate, resulting in superior slurries and better cement bonds. Multiple cement slurries can be programmed into the ADC computer.

The RCM® IIIr cement mixer is designed to mix high-density and high-viscosity slurries at high pump rates. The increased mixing tub capacity of the cementing unit enhances cement volume retention and reduces density fluctuations.
