Slim-Hole C/O System Offers Speed, Precision and Accuracy
The RMT Elite™ logging system is a unique through-tubing carbon/oxygen system that offers measurement resolutions that are up to three times higher than those generated by other systems. The RMT Elite system can help save costs and headaches by accurately evaluating the time-lapse performance of hydrocarbon-producing reservoirs without requiring tubing to be pulled from the well. Despite its slim-hole design, this pulsed neutron logging system achieves results and resolutions (see illustration) that were previously available only with larger diameter C/O systems.

Halliburtons RMT Elite™ is a slim-hole pulsed neutron
logging system for monitoring and managing the
production of hydrocarbon reserves. This unique throughtubing
carbon/oxygen (C/O) system has two to three times
higher measurement resolution than other systems. Its highdensity
Bismuth Germanium Oxide (BGO) detectors let the
RMT Elite achieve resolutions previously available only with
larger diameter C/O systems. The RMT Elite can even be
conveyed into a well with tubing completions unlike larger
diameter C/O systems that can only log through casing.
