Highlighting Presentations
In the toolbar above the agenda list, choose a topic from drop down list on the left side of the toolbar. The presentations related to this topic will then be highlighted in the agenda list.
Creating your Custom Agenda
Click on the checkboxes to add a presentation to your agenda. In the toolbar above the agenda, you may then choose to print, email or export your custom agenda to your calendar program.
Exporting your Agenda
To export your custom agenda to your calendar program (such as Outlook), select the presentations you'd like to attend, then click the Export link at the top right of the agenda. You will then be prompted to download an iCalendar file. This file may automatically open in your default calendar program. Your selected presentation may appear in a new calendar view. You may then move the presentations to your default calendar or choose to view them in an "overlay" mode. Please refer to your calendar program's help for these features.
