Next generation completion design and wellbore schematic software integrated on the Engineer's Desktop™
Data-driven wellbore equipment schematics are primary requirements for an operator's well data management solution. PROFILE™ supplies a key component of a complete well data management solution that includes other Engineer's Desktop™ applications such as OpenWells™ and Data Analyzer™ software.
PROFILE software generates accurate, high-quality wellbore equipment schematic diagrams using data from the Engineer's Data Model™ (EDM) platform. PROFILE technology is very easy to use, allowing creation of planned completions through a drag-and-drop interface and simple data entry interfaces. PROFILE tools provide high-resolution equipment symbol visualization, accurate rendering of downhole equipment and operations, downhole equipment data entry, and fully comprehensive hard copy wallplots.

Engineer’s Data Model
PROFILE supports core EDM architectures such as the Unit Management System, Tight Access and Application Security, Reference Datum Levels and the Simultaneous Activity Monitor.
Provides a common data navigation and management interface consistent with other EDM Drilling and Completions applications. Supports attachment of electronic documents to well data.
Provides a data entry and editing interface that enables an engineer to view, create, or update planned or actual wellbore operations information. This information integrates with OpenWells reports. Data updates are automatically shown in the live schematic.
Allows user to create and save standard templates for the most commonly implemented wellbore assemblies. Uses Wallplot Composer to construct output formats incorporating summary information frames, tabular frames, 1D and 2D schematic frames and survey plots.
Supports and automatically draws multiple assemblies including dual completions and concentric assemblies.
Data Quality report
Provides a simple tool for reviewing entered information and checking for missing or anomalous information.

Displays accurate 1D equipment schematics and 2D directional schematics. Component Data Viewer is for visualizing component data.
Enables fully comprehensive symbol management with portable symbol file format, and provides highly detailed multi-dimensional symbols with cutaways and a rich set of equipment section types. Allows users to modify provided symbols or create custom symbols.
User friendly interface
Provides a simple wellbore completion construction interface, component selection and drag & drop equipment editor for quick designs.
Well operations track
Displays Stimulations, DSTs, Tests, Cores, Sidewall Cores, Logs, Gravel Pack, Pressure Survey, RFT, Wellbore Openings and Obstructions.
Supports very low-level object picking capabilities. Mouse cursor can be used to view or select additional information on all segments of the downhole equipment diagram.
Historical data viewing
For Actual Design with data entered through OpenWells, users can use the Date Bar to browse historically through any EDM wellbore. View wellbore configuration and content from spud to initial completion to final abandonment.
