MF-1™Cement Thinner
MF-1™ cement thinner is a white, crystalline powder that can be combined with Morflo® III surfactant to create Mud Flush aqueous solution.
When combined with Morflo III surfactant, MF-1 cement thinner can lower the viscosity of mud systems and help keep solids dispersed. It is effective at bottomhole temperatures (BHTs) between 60°F and 500°F (16°C and 260°C).
MF-1 cement thinner can provide the following benefits:
- Helps prevent and break emulsions and water blocks.
- When the well must be cleaned with acid, MF-1 cement thinner can be combined with Morflo III surfactant to create an aqueous solution that can be used as a nonacid buffer ahead of the cement.
