With Tuned Cementing Solutions™ cementing systems, Halliburton has created a set of innovative fit-for-purpose solutions with the flexibility required to allow each system to be tuned specifically for a given set of wellbore conditions. DenseSeal cements form one of these families of fit-for-purpose solutions.
With DenseSeal cements you receive a foamed cementing solution designed to perform effectively at elevated densities using specially tuned systems. Foam cement normally is used to reduce cement slurry density. DenseSeal cements can provide the additional benefits of increased compressibility and elasticity gained through the introduction of stable, well-dispersed small N2 bubbles at higher densities.
