Reliable Resistivity Measurements in Harsh Conditions
The Dual Laterolog (DLLSM) service provides a reliable means of measuring formation resistivity in conductive borehole fluids under harsh downhole conditions. DLL service data can help operators compute hydrocarbon saturation, delineate thin beds, and identify formation fluid contacts within the reservoir.
The DLL service features an advanced calibration system and dual electrode arrays for accurate LLd (deep) and LLs (shallow) measurements, and rugged construction and quality electronics ensure that the tool will function properly at elevated temperatures and pressures. The DLL service can be easily combined with a range of tools operating under Halliburton's Digital Interactive Telemetry System.
