Integrated Asset Model

Seeing across domains enables you to analyze across domains. Landmark AssetConnect™ software simplifies the creation of multi-domain workflows with a patented, drag-and-drop interface. Now you can connect all your existing applications from all disciplines into a single workflow. The output from one automatically becomes the input for another. Only by identifying how changes impact the entire value chain can you analyze the full potential of an entire asset. Once you design an automated workflow in your AssetConnect application, the AssetConnect runtime module will run the workflow as well as other pre-built workflows.
The AssetConnect Expert option introduces additional functionality by providing the workflow platform with advanced capabilities including Monte Carlo uncertainty analysis, design of experiments and numerical optimization.
The AssetConnect Enterprise option supports scaleable and seamless connection of workflows where workflows span organizational domains or extend beyond geographic locations. Thus enabling distributed execution and centralized or remote model management to ensure the consistency and automation of workflows across the enterprise.

Production Data Analysis and Visualization
AssetConnect allows the user to follow workflow process in real-time or to post-process data after execution. Users can quickly create and configure graphs, tables and statistical results. The engineering data mining tools enable the quick creation of multi-variable multi-response plots so users can easily ascertain parameter relationships.
Graphically Build Workflows
AssetConnect provides an easy-to-use graphical drag-anddrop interface to quickly create integrated workflows. These workflows couple simulation programs regardless of discipline, programming language or format. Once workflows are established, AssetConnect users can use an extensive suite of driver components to explore operating environments and identify more optimal solutions.
Broad List of Available Model and Data Connectors
AssetConnect uses component connectors for building workflow processes and exchanging data with external sources. Applications with standard component connectors already embedded include NEXUS, GAP, HYSYS and EXCEL.
Easy Creation of Internal or Commercial Application Connectors
AssetConnect supports an open API for building your own component connectors for internal or commercial applications.

Multi-Disciplinary Workflow Integration
Engineers often find that it requires multiple components to build the computer models that will simulate a production workflow. AssetConnect Expert provides a flexible platform to build production workflows capable of integrating most types of commercial codes and databases through a process integration GUI, with little or no programming required.
Intelligent Production Automation
Engineers routinely spend significant time collecting data and running applications instead of concentrating on engineering analysis and decision making. AssetConnect Expert provides intelligent automation tools to make engineering workflows more efficient. Optimization, Design of Experiments, Approximation proxy generation, and Monte Carlo are all provided and the user does not have to be an optimization expert to use the technology.
Optimization
AssetConnect has a number of advanced optimization techniques that can be used to determine optimal field development or production operation options in light of uncertainty and key business objectives. AssetConnect’s flexible architecture also allows for other proprietary optimization technology to be embedded as required.
Application Control System
AssetConnect Enterprise manages the operations of a distributed workflow. Its capabilities include: managing workflow execution, controlling access to the component library, storing results in the databases, and submitting jobs.
Web Access
AssetConnect Enterprise allows complex models to be easily deployed to non-experts. Users can access individual models or whole workflows through a web browser, change variables, and run new results.
