Subsea Safety Systems

Halliburton offers a suite of 15,000 psi working pressure subsea safety systems that allow clients to safely deploy or work over their completions in particularly harsh environments. Each piece of equipment has been designed and detailed for the service and environments encountered in today's offshore industry. The result is a world-class suite of highly reliable and safe tools.

Dash™
Dash™ is Halliburton’s unique Emergency Response Module (ERM) and is designed to work in conjunction with Veto™, our premiere 3 Inch 15k Subsea Safety System. Because Dash is a hydraulic system that operates independently from the emergency disconnect system, it’s engineered to ensure that an electrical failure will not compromise safety or functionality.
Lubricator Valve
The Halliburton lubricator valve is a hydraulically operated fail ‘as-is’ ball valve designed to assist in well operations where well pressure isolation is required.
Retainer Valve
The Halliburton retainer valve is a hydraulically operated ball valve system designed to contain pressurized hydrocarbons within the landing string after disconnecting from the primary string using the Halliburton safety tree.
Safety Tree
The Halliburton safety tree is a hydraulically operated dual ‘fail-safe’ valve system designed as a primary well control barrier combined with a passively orienting disconnection system.
Spanner Joint System
The Halliburton spanner joint system allows the operator the ability to access the well using the traditional tubing hanger running tool, close and isolate the annulus with the blowout prevention pipe rams, close and circulate the riser using the annulars and also have the fall back position of a shearable sub.
Two Station Control Panel
The Halliburton two station control panel is an air driven double acting pump unit that delivers hydraulic power to two high pressure outlets.
Veto™
Veto is Halliburton's premiere 3 Inch 15k Subsea Safety System.
