Downhole Control Systems

WellDynamics’ downhole control systems include the following:

	Accu-Pulse™ Incremental Positioning Module
	The Accu-Pulse incremental positioning module is a complementary control module that provides incremental opening of a multiple-position interval control valve (ICV). The Accu-Pulse control module allows the operator to control produced or injected fluid rates to the desired quantity, greatly enhancing reservoir management capabilities.
	Digital Hydraulics™ Downhole Control System
	The Digital Hydraulics™ system is a purely-hydraulic system that allows for multiple downhole devices to be controlled with the minimum number of control lines. This is accomplished by using hydraulic pressure sequencing and a mechanical decoder downhole.
	Direct Hydraulics Downhole Control System
	The Direct Hydraulics system utilizes two hydraulic lines, one each for the open and close functions, connected directly to the device that is to be controlled. When networking multiple devices, a common close line can be used to minimize the number of lines needed.
	Surface-Controlled Reservoir Analysis and Management System (SCRAMS®)
	SCRAMS® is a fully-integrated multi-drop communication, control and data acquisition system. The SCRAMS product is designed with reliability being paramount, and provides the highest resolution of control available to the industry.
