Downhole Control Systems

Halliburton downhole control systems include the following:

Accu-Pulse™ Incremental Positioning Module
The Accu-Pulse incremental positioning module provides incremental opening of a multiple-position interval control valve (ICV) allowing operators to control produced or injected fluid rates, greatly enhancing reservoir management capabilities.
Digital Hydraulics™ Downhole Control System
The Digital Hydraulics™ system allows for control of multiple downhole devices, with the minimum number of control lines, using hydraulic pressure sequencing and a mechanical decoder downhole.
Direct Hydraulics Downhole Control System
The Direct Hydraulics system utilizes two hydraulic lines, one each for the open and close functions, connected directly to the device that is to be controlled. When networking multiple devices, a common close line can be used to minimize the number of lines needed.
SmartPlex™ Downhole Control System
The SmartPlex™ downhole control system is an electro-hydraulic multi-drop system that provides simple and reliable zonal control of multiple valves (12) in a single wellbore with a minimum number of the control lines.
Surface-Controlled Reservoir Analysis and Management System (SCRAMS®)
SCRAMS® is a fully integrated multi-drop communication, control and data acquisition system provides the highest resolution of control available to the industry.
