Intervention Solutions

The time and cost associated with a completion workover can be significant. Halliburton offers an array of intervention solutions including retrievable packers, plugs, and straddle systems specifically designed to keep production online and postpone the need to work over your well.

BB Wireline-Retrievable Packer
Primarily used as an anchoring device for the suspension of a variety of well intervention tools, the BB0 packer is a large bore pack-off device which can be set at a predetermined point anywhere in the tubing or casing.
BB Wireline-Retrievable Straddle
The BB0 retrievable straddle can be run in any well where pressure communication between tubing and annulus must be sealed.
BR0 Modular Straddle System
The BR0 modular straddle system allows long straddles to be deployed in sections where running in one trip is not possible due to available lubricator height restrictions.
CV0 Retrievable Straddle with Integral Safety Valve
The CV0 straddle is a well isolation device designed to be installed across an existing tubing-retrievable safety valve (TRSSSV) or SSSV nipple profile which has lost integrity.
Evo-Trieve® Bridge Plug
The Evo-Trieve retrievable bridge plug is a high performance retrievable monobore plugging device that is ISO 14310 V0 qualified to 7,500 psi and up to 325°F.
Evo-Trieve® Packer and Straddle Systems

HE3®/HX4 Retrievable Bridge Plug
Available in sizes to suit from 2-7/8” to 13-3/8”casing, these tools’ simple and robust design has been proven in excess of 1,500 field installations.
Retrievable Gas Lift Straddles
Halliburton’s range of retrievable gas lift straddles allow the introduction of controlled gas lift into a well without the need for an expensive workover.
