CobraMax® ASF Alternating Sequence Fracturing Service
With the goal of altering the stress in the rock to create more complexity, the CobraMax ASF process involves fracturing of individual intervals in a single horizontal well but with a change in the sequence by which it is performed. DeltaStim® sleeves are strategically placed in the wellbore and are opened/closed using a coiled tubing deployed mechanical shifting device. Having coil tubing in the hole makes the process compatible with the CobraMax DM method, which increases the overall efficiency of the process.
