Debris Extraction Tools

CleanWell® debris extraction tools are designed to remove particles or solids from the well that were not transported to the surface through fluid circulation methods. These debris extraction tools incorporate enhanced design features that support use on bottom in challenging drilling or wellbore conditions. The technical specifications and design features promote debris management without causing operational complexity or limitations.

Mag Tech® Casing Magnet
The CleanWell® Mag Tech® casing magnet is designed to assist in collecting ferrous or non-ferrous material that has become magnetically charged due to pipe rotation during the displacement process.
PowerMAG® Magnet
The CleanWell® PowerMAG® magnet is designed to assist in collecting ferrous or non-ferrous material that has become magnetically charged due to pipe rotation or movement during displacement, drilling or intervention runs.
Vac Tech® Downhole Eductor System
The CleanWell® Vac Tech® downhole eductor system is ideal for efficient debris removal. The power eductor head works off of convergent and divergent flow and does not rely on inefficiently dragging fluid around the OD of the tail pipe. The "loop flow" is induced internally and can be custom-designed to help ensure that terminal lifting velocities are achieved.
Vali Tech® Downhole Mechanical Filter
The CleanWell® Vali Tech® downhole filter tool is designed to validate and provide a mechanical alternative to collect solid contaminates remaining in vertical or deviated wellbores. The robust design of the filter tube helps eliminate wire-wrapped screen concerns while allowing for improved operating specifications.
Vor Tech® Casing Junk Basket
The CleanWell® Vor Tech® casing junk basket is designed to assist in capturing larger debris or solids that cannot be circulated out of the casing due to volume challenges or unfavorable hydraulics.The casing junk basket is designed to create a vortex effect which promotes solids dropping out of circulation and into the large upper collection throat.
