Adjustable Gauge Stabilizers (AGS™)
Allows changes in the build or drop tendencies of directional drilling assemblies in rotary mode without tripping to reposition stabilizers or change the gauge.
Near Bit Reamer (NBR®) Borehole Enlargement Tool
The NBR® Tool is a concentric expandable reamer which is engineered to run between the dowhole motor and above any bit (fixed cutter or roller cone). The NBR Tool concentric technology does require side forces to enlarge the hole; therefore, lower side forces are needed to steer the well path. The greater stability of the NBR Tool, compared to eccentric tools, helps ensure gauged oversize hole.
