Ninguna de las personas natural o jurídica anteriormente mencionada tienen la facultad legal de representar o actuar en nombre de Halliburton Latin America.
Halliburton Latin America, a leading company of upstream services in the development of petroleum and gas assets of petroleum and gas worldwide and with an extensive presence in the Colombian territory, hereby gives notice that the Company does not have any relationship whether commercial, labor, professional or of any other type with the company Hallyburton Oil and Industrial Services, nor with its representative, Mr. Carlos Mauricio Cuellar.
None of the natural or legal persons previously mentioned has the legal capacity to represent or to act in name of Halliburton Latin America.
