ITS SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH LANDMARK GRAPHICS

- Software and services agreement key to improved productivity for Pemex -

HOUSTON, Texas - Landmark Graphics Corporation, a wholly owned business unit of Halliburton (NYSE:HAL), today announced that it has signed a five-year technology agreement with Integrated Trade Systems, Inc. (ITS), an agreement that will benefit PEMEX, Mexico's National Oil & Gas Company. The agreement includes a broad range of Landmark's prospect generation and field development software that will support the exploration and development activities of PEMEX. A key component of this agreement is the provision of broad Landmark service support, to ensure that PEMEX E&P specialists are able to extract maximum value from this technology investment.

ITS, wholly owned by Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), and incorporated in 1994 in the state of Delaware, provides integrated international procurement services to the five entities of PEMEX in Mexico.
