HALLIBURTON'S KBR ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT
WITH KAZAKH INSTITUTE OF OIL AND GAS
LONDON - KBR has announced that it has signed a Memorandum
of Understanding (MOU) with the Kazakh Institute of Oil and Gas

collaborate for the purposes of securing and executing contracts
in the Republic of Kazakhstan. KBR is the engineering, construction
and services subsidiary of Halliburton (HAL:NYSE).
Ron Beveridge, Senior Vice-President for KBR's offshore oil and
gas business said, 'KBR has been operating in Kazakhstan since
