HALLIBURTON'S WELLSTREAM ANNOUNCES GULF OF MEXICO AWARD FROM SHELL EXPLORATION & PRODUCTION
DALLAS, Texas - Wellstream, a division of Halliburton Company's (NYSE : HAL) Energy Services Group, has been awarded a new contract as part of Shell's tie-back development of the Oregano and Serrano fields to its Auger Tension Leg Platform (TLP) in the Gulf of Mexico.
The award is for the fast track supply of 5.125-inch ID, 10,000 psi jumpers to connect a rigid riser system to topside piping on the Auger TLP.
