Economical Value Seal Floating Equipment Introduced

HOUSTON, Texas - Halliburton Energy Services is introducing Value Seal, a new economical line of floating equipment for moderate well conditions. Value Seal is based on Halliburton's proven Super Seal design of premium floating equipment which has helped establish the company as the industry leader for cementing in demanding conditions. In moderate well conditions, Value Seal provides the quality expected from Halliburton floating equipment, but at a lower cost.

The Value Seal line of floating equipment incorporates an economical, proven design that meets the requirements of the majority of wells drilled. Additionally, the Super Seal II style valve allows you to circulate as needed to properly condition the well for cementing. The all-plastic valve design is also PDC drillable.

The equipment is adaptable for automatic fill for running casing faster and reduced ram pressure. The drillout diameter is as large as the lightest weight casing in that particular size, so there are no restrictions when running tools through Value Seal equipment.

Value Seal is suitable for use in H2S service as specified in NACE Standard MR-01-75. The equipment has been tested for conditions up to 200°F and 2,500 psi.

Halliburton Energy Services, a Halliburton Company organization, is a leading supplier of products, services and integrated solutions to the energy industry on a global basis.
