Support Services

Our global team of support service groups works to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and sold; our IT infrastructure is up and running; our finances are healthy; and our goods are efficiently manufactured and transported around the globe. Following is a list of Halliburton's support service groups and an explanation of how they fit into the organization.

	Human Resources The Human Resources group recruits new employees and provides current employees opportunities for training, career development, benefits and other resources to help them work well and live well as a member of the Halliburton team.

	Business Development and Marketing The Business Development and Marketing group is responsible for strategic account management as well as the sales, marketing and commercialization of Halliburton's technologies and solutions.

	Corporate Affairs Corporate Affairs, which includes Community Relations, Employee Communications and Public Relations, helps to build relationships between Halliburton and various stakeholders, including our employees, our customers and the communities in which we operate.

	Finance Halliburton's Finance group offers relevant, value-added financial guidance and insight to ensure that the Company's business goals are met in a financially responsible manner.

	Health, Safety, Environment and Operational Excellence Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Operational Excellence drives improvements in HSE and service quality to promote safer working environments for employees and service delivery excellence, and enhance Halliburton's reputation as an industry leader.

	Information Technology Halliburton's Information Technology (IT) organization manages the direction, development, supply and global support of IT services for the Company.

	Law With lawyers based in offices around the world, the Law Department represents the Company's legal interests in all jurisdictions and with regard to all issues.

	Supply Chain Supply Chain is responsible for procuring, handling, managing, manufacturing and transporting materials and finished goods to both internal and external customers at Halliburton locations around the world.

	Technology Halliburton's Technology group is responsible for the research and development that helps us remain at the forefront of innovation and makes us a leader in the upstream oil and gas service industry.
