Learning and Development

In our high-tech industry, the most important tool for success is knowledge. That's why we offer extensive training and educational opportunities to make sure our employees can build the skills they need to meet the rigorous demands of our customers and our industry.

Training begins on Day One and continues throughout your career. You'll learn through mentoring, online or classroom courses, on-the-job learning and classes at local colleges and universities.

Halliburton is one of the most respected training providers in the industry. Following are just a few of the development opportunities that our employees can pursue.

It's not always easy to tell what learning and development opportunities would be most helpful to you. Our online career-mapping solution can help you figure out a career path you love and the competencies and development requirements you'll need at every level. The roadmap you establish will make it easy to find your way to success.
