What you will do
As a field engineer, you will work as an onsite leader, putting to use the technical and operational expertise you gain through Halliburton's world-class training. Depending on your work assignment, your responsibilities may include:

  • Leading a crew to ensure that each project conforms to Halliburton's standards for both quality and safety
  • Interpreting wellsite data in real time, using complex technologies such as software simulators and the latest electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Working on pre-job planning, job execution and post-job analysis to ensure project efficiency
  • Troubleshooting on-the-spot issues at the wellsite.

Where you will work
Field engineers work both onshore and offshore, perform very physical work and keep demanding schedules – often in outdoor environments that range from hot to cold and every climate in between.
