Through localized hiring, training programs and other strategies, we are developing global human resources that will provide skilled workers now and into the future. At present, more than 92 percent of our workforce is localized, and we are increasing the hiring and educational development of nationals in key growth areas such as Algeria, Azerbaijan, Congo, Gabon and Kazakhstan. Relationships with universities throughout the world allow us to reach into the coming years and ensure a sustainable supply of engineers, scientists and other highly trained professionals.
